Cybersecurity Practice Group Featured in Business Observer

Trenam’s Cybersecurity Practice was highlighted in Business Observer on March 10, 2017, in which practice co-chairs John Goldsmith and Frank Santini discussed the firm’s decision to launch the practice group earlier this year. “I have been somewhat surprised by the lack of protection that many companies have, companies that are really still completely oblivious to the risk,” Goldsmith said. “It’s more often small and medium-sized business being attacked because they’re the low-hanging fruit,” Santini added. In response to this problem, the firm works with these businesses to help avoid breaches with prevention measures, such as security assessments and review of policies and procedures, vendor contracts and insurance agreements.
