Marital and Family

The firm’s Marital and Family Law Group focuses on providing clients with quality representation in areas of personal importance to them. This representation starts with helping our clients plan for marriage and the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

This includes representation in the mediation process and the litigation of issues that must be resolved by a court. Because of our extensive resources, the firm is well equipped to advise our clients on all tax aspects arising from dissolution of marriage and division of assets, and to review and advise clients regarding business issues that may arise.
