Overview
Cade Zimmerman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Cade obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Appalachian State University, where he competed as a Division 1 Track & Field athlete, and his J.D. from Stetson Law School, graduating magna cum laude. In law school, he was involved with the Student Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Board, Tax Law Society, and competed in Negotiation and ABA Taxation competitions. He also interned for the Honorable Michael G. Williamson, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, and assisted in drafting the Bankruptcy Guide for the Naval Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

- Successfully defended a regional bank in claims of violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act with a complete defense verdict.
