Overview
Trace Schilling is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Practice Group. He focuses his practice on global finance and real estate, including representation of developers, borrowers and institutional lenders. Trace has experience in drafting and negotiating documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, and development of commercial and residential real estate projects that best meets the Lender and Borrower’s needs in related multitude of different structural financing facilities.
