Overview
Blair Chan is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group. He specializes in marital and family law including divorce, dissolution of marriage, collaborative divorce, prenuptial and premarital agreements, establishment of paternity, parental rights, timesharing, and establishment and modification of child support and alimony. Blair is experienced in litigation, mediation, appeals, and collaborative divorce.
Blair is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law, a distinction given only to those attorneys who fulfill the exacting standards set forth by The Florida Bar. Board Certified lawyers are recognized for their special knowledge and skills, their proficiency in a specific area of law, and a high level of professionalism and ethics. Blair is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law mediator.

Blair has practiced exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law in the Greater Tampa Bay area since 2002 and has worked for several prestigious law firms and managed a successful solo practice for many years before joining Trenam.
