MARCH 12 – Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Blair Chan III has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Chan is a member of the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group specializing in Family Law.
Chan is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law, a distinction given only to those attorneys who fulfill the exacting standards set forth by The Florida Bar. Board Certified lawyers are recognized for their special knowledge and skills, their proficiency in a specific area of law, and a high level of professionalism and ethics. His practice includes divorce, dissolution of marriage, collaborative divorce, prenuptial and premarital agreements, establishment of paternity, parental rights, timesharing, and establishment and modification of child support and alimony. Chan is experienced in litigation, appeals, and collaborative divorce. Chan is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law mediator.
Chan is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and listed in Florida Super Lawyers. He is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, Tampa Next Generation Divorce, and Hillsborough County Family Law Section.
Chan received a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2002, and a B.A. from University of Texas at Arlington in 1996.
