June 20, 2024 – St. Petersburg, Fla. – Trenam Law is pleased to announce the addition of Tina Fischer and Anne Pollack as senior counsel in St. Petersburg. Fischer and Pollack bring a combined 40 years practicing in St. Petersburg and counseling entities throughout Florida to the wide range of matters related to commercial real estate development and acquisition. Prior to joining Trenam, both served as managing members at Fletcher Fischer Pollack P.L.

Tina Fischer is a founding member of Fletcher Fischer Pollack and has been practicing real estate, land use, business and environmental law for almost 20 years. She handles all matters of counsel regarding the purchase and development of commercial real estate including due diligence, financing, land acquisition, title service and closings. Fischer has extensive experience counseling clients that work predominantly in multi-family housing, marina, office, retail and industrial development.
Fischer has also lent her real estate acumen in professional organization leadership roles, including service with the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Tampa Bay as a board member and committee chair and with the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce as co-chair of Thinking Outside the ‘Burg.
Fischer’s work in her community has supported projects for affordable and senior housing development and redevelopment of contaminated land, blighted neighborhoods and distressed properties. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and has supported the formation of Florida businesses entities from their conception through her work on operational agreements, confidentiality agreements and the negotiation of contracts with vendors and service providers. Fischer currently volunteers with St. Pete Greenhouse as part of the Business Navigation Committee, BLI, Inc. as a board member and Mission United Tampa Bay as an advisory council member.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Fischer served in the United States Air Force on active duty and in reserve service between 1986 and 1995, as well as with the United States Air Force Reserve at MacDill Air Force Base between 2000 and 2004. She has continued her support of military-related causes, including current service as an accredited volunteer attorney for the American Bar Association Veterans’ Claims Assistance Network (ABA VCAN) and as a pro bono liaison for the Bay Area Legal Services Volunteer Lawyers Program with the Major General Ernest A. and Marilyn Bedke Veterans Law Center. Fischer previously served as chair of The Florida Bar’s Military Affairs Committee and as a board member for the Tampa Bay Defense Alliance.
Fischer earned her law degree from the Stetson University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Saint Leo University.
Anne Pollack has over 20 years of experience representing clients on issues related to real estate including the sale, acquisition and development of real estate. She understands the complex nuances of land use law and has deep experience representing clients in obtaining development entitlements, including zoning and permitting, throughout the State. She represents clients before public boards and agencies to achieve a wide variety of land development approvals. Beyond her land use expertise, Pollack represents clients with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial property.
Pollack’s holistic legal expertise in turn benefits her community, including in leadership roles for numerous professional organizations. For the Urban Land Institute Tampa Bay, she is currently an executive board member and the co-chair of its Women’s Leadership Initiative. Pollack currently serves on the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, where she previously served as chair of the Sustainability Committee and Public Policy Council. She is vice chair of the Insurance and Surety Committee in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Pollack is a board member with the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and its treasurer. She is also a past-president of CREW Network Tampa Bay
In the community, Pollack is active with a range of organizations supporting important causes. She serves on the board for Creative Clay and previously served on the board for the Feather Sound Community Services District. Pollack has also been active with the University of South Florida Foundation’s Women in Leadership and Philanthropy and John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s VIP Auction Committee.
Pollack earned her law degree from the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and her undergraduate degree from Colby College.
