Overview
Jonathon is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He advises clients on M&A and private equity transactions, assists with SEC filings, and prepares corporate contracts and governance documents. Additionally, Jonathon conducts legal research and drafts memoranda on corporate and business matters.
Before law school, Jonathon was a legislative correspondent for the Office of U.S. Senator, David Perdue in Washington D.C.
