Lara R. Fernandez has been certified by the American Board of Certification (ABC) in the area of Business Bankruptcy Law. Certification is the highest level of recognition and the ABC’s programs are designed to identify those attorneys in consumer or business bankruptcy who have met or exceeded rigorous certification standards relating to experience, continuing legal education, integrity, and peer review; in addition to demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of the law in their specialty area.
Lara is a Shareholder in the firm’s Tampa office and Chairs the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Insolvency Practice Group.
