Overview
Jessica Duncan is a Florida Registered Paralegal in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group and is based in our Sarasota office. Jessica assists with real property acquisitions, development, and financing, as well as land use and zoning matters. In addition, she is a Florida Notary, an affiliate member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, and supporter of the Safe Place & Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC).
