Jodi is a Shareholder in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, based in the Sarasota office. She specializes in business and corporate law, as well as residential and commercial real estate matters. Jodi assists with drafting and negotiating transaction documents and agreements, including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and operating, partnership, and shareholder agreements. She represents corporations, non-profits, governments, and individuals in these practice areas.
