Overview
Lauren Khouzam is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. Lauren has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, closing documents, easements, estoppels, and other transactional documents related to multimillion-dollar commercial real estate acquisitions. Lauren has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in real property acquisitions and dispositions, including reviewing and analyzing title commitments, surveys, and other related documents to ensure a clear and marketable title.
Prior to law school, Lauren was a Judicial Intern for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida for the Honorable John Marshall Kest.

- Represented real estate developer in multimillion-dollar acquisitions of real property in various states in the east coat.
- Represented a private company in a portfolio sale of six restaurant properties.
