Prior to joining the firm, Anne clerked for the Honorable Anne C. Conway, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Leonard received a J.D., cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law and B.A. from Wake Forrest University.
Lopez is a shareholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice includes probate litigation, appellate, legal malpractice defense, and shareholder derivative actions. Merenda is a shareholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. An experienced trial lawyer, Merenda has handled cases for clients in diverse areas including complex litigation, heath care and medical staff privileges litigation, shareholder disputes, and employment law, including non-compete, trade secrets, and Title VII matters. She has also represented limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporations in general business litigation matters, assisted clients in investigations and civil enforcement proceedings brought by the SEC and the FTC, and has counseled clients in arbitration proceedings generally and those conducted before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She has been recognized in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and Florida Super Lawyers. She received a J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School, and a B.A., summa cum laude, University of Florida.
