The Tampa Magazine mailed 11,000 surveys to attorneys in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties who are members of The Florida Bar. They asked each attorney to nominate their peers they believe to be the best local lawyer in each of the 74 listed categories. The surveys were tallied to compile the list.
