He represents investment advisers, investment managers, their pooled investment vehicles, portfolio companies, startup companies, sponsors, and founders. Reid advises clients on formation, structuring, compliance, financing, and corporate governance. Reid received a J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany.
