Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Marla DeVicente Bohlander and Kelly J. Ruoff have been elevated to Shareholder. Both of them were previously Associates. Bohlander is a member of the firm’s Private Client Services Group. Ruoff is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.

Bohlander joined Trenam in 2010. Her practice focuses primarily on estate, tax and wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration, and pre-marital and post-marital planning matters. Marla also has experience in corporate and business matters, including entity selection and formation and business succession planning. Bohlander received an LL.M. in Taxation and J.D., cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and B.S.B.A. cum laude, from University of Florida. She is on the Suncoast Hospice Professional Partners Council and graduate of Tampa Connection class of 2014.
Ruoff joined Trenam in 2010. She concentrates her practice in a wide variety of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, non-competes, breach of contract, landlord/tenant disputes, and banking law. She also has experience in post-judgement creditors’ rights and appeals. Ruoff received a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law; M.B.A. from Stetson University College of Law; and B.A., magna cum laude, from Drexel University. She is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2016; an attorney ad litem for Crossroads for Kids, a member of Florida Craftsmen’s Board of Directors; and a member of The Rotary Club of St. Petersburg Sunset.
