September 18, 2023, TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce the addition of four new associates to its Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, and Real Estate and Lending Practice Groups. They are Reed S. Arroyo, Tabitha Blackwell, Audrey K. Carver, and Brent M. Tunis.
Reed Arroyo
Arroyo is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. He is experienced in a wide array of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, FLSA wage and hour, ADA failure to accommodate, FMLA interference and retaliation, and employment contracts, among other matters. He has represented employers and business owners in employer-related disputes, helping to resolve legal issues through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. Arroyo received a J.D. from Washington University College of Law and a B.A. from Reed College.
Tabitha Blackwell
Blackwell is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. Blackwell was a summer associate at the firm. She received a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, cum laude, Florida State University.
Audrey K. Carver
Carver is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Practice Group. Carver was a summer associate at the firm. While in law school, Carver served as a Federal Judicial Intern for the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida under the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli, and the Honorable Roberta A. Colton. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Florida College of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from University of Florida.
Brent M. Tunis
Tunis is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He focuses his practice on business disputes, shareholder disputes, creditors’ rights, and other complex commercial litigation. Tunis is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Ones to Watch, Commercial Litigation. He received a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a B.B.A., cum laude, from The University of Iowa.
